I see clients online via Zoom (or Skype) and by phone.
Typically I will work with clients for 3-6 sessions in order to get you your best results.
An initial consultation typically lasts approximately 60 minutes (depending on your health concern), and in this time we will cover detailed questions about current health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis, prior treatment, medical history, family history, lifestyle, levels of physical activity, use of medication and supplements, and diet. I will then evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe, effective nutrition and lifestyle programme that works for you.
Tests & supplements may be recommended depending on your needs. This will be discussed at your initial consultation. Follow-up consultations consist of monitoring progress and to develop your programme further and take 45 minutes. Follow-up frequency and quantity is determined between you and me depending on what we feel will suit your needs. After a few sessions my 30 minute follow up sessions may be more appropriate.

My Process
Once we have agreed we are a good fit, I ask you to to complete an online health questionnaire which will give me a good starting point before we meet. This includes a 7 day food diary and a consultation terms of engagement form.
When we meet we will have 60 minutes to have a really in depth discussion about your goals, your current and historic health issues, your family history, any events and relevant symptoms you are experiencing and go through your current diet. From here I will make my assessment of what possible underlying imbalances there may be that are preventing you from achieving what you want. I will then make recommendations to support you.
With some clients we will utilise cutting edge laboratory testing to identify imbalances and provide more targeted recommendations. Please note these tests are an additional cost to your consultation or package plan. Testing is optional and never obligatory. I have many clients who achieve fantastic results just by focusing on nutrition changes alone.
You will then receive your personalised report via email following your consultation with my recommendations for how we will work together and what you can start to implement. There may be additional recipes, meal plans and/or a supplement programme for you to provide you with extra support.
We will then aim to meet for your follow up sessions as often as is convenient for you. In my experience most people feel more motivated to make changes when checking in every 3-4 weeks for 45 minutes to assess progress and make any further changes as required.
