Clinical nutrition, brought to life through food
My work brings together evidence informed nutrition with the practical and creative side of eating well. From nutritional assessment, blood test interpretation and personalised recommendations to menu planning, sourcing and meal preparation, the focus is on translating nutritional advice into something that works in everyday life.
I work with a small number of private clients and families who require highly personalised nutritional support, alongside a limited number of one-to-one clinical consultations.
Expertise Behind The Approach
I'm Lucy Sugars, a Registered Nutritional Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience and an MSc in Advanced Nutrition Research & Practice. Since qualifying in 2012, I have worked with individuals and families in the UK and internationally, supporting a wide range of nutritional needs through clinical consultations, personalised nutrition strategies and practical, food based approach.
My way of working is always individual. I look at the wider picture, from health history and blood results to lifestyle, preferences and what is realistically achievable, then translate that into clear, practical support.
